What is this site for?
This site is used to manage Waterford In Your Pocket business listings, festival listings and event submissions.
You can register for an account, purchase the package that suits you, and then submit your business, festival or events through your account area.
Do I need an account?
Yes. You need an approved account to submit a business, festival or event.
After registering, your account must be approved before you can access the submission features.
Why does my account need to be approved?
Account approval helps us check that submissions are genuine and relevant to Waterford In Your Pocket before access is granted.
What can I buy?
You can buy festival packages, business listing packages, business plus event packages, and one-off event listings if you already have an active qualifying package.
What is included in a festival package?
Festival packages allow you to submit one festival and a set number of festival events.
- Festival Small includes 15 event submissions.
- Festival Medium includes 40 event submissions.
- Festival Large includes 60 event submissions.
Festival package credits can be used at any time during the 6-month package period.
What is included in Business Listing?
Business Listing lets you submit and maintain a business profile while your annual subscription is active.
It does not include event submissions. If you need to submit events, you can buy one-off event listings while your Business Listing subscription is active.
What is included in Business Plus Events Small?
Business Plus Events Small includes business profile access and 12 event submissions per subscription cycle.
Unused event submissions do not carry over.
What is included in Business Plus Events Large?
Business Plus Events Large includes business profile access and 25 event submissions per subscription cycle.
Unused event submissions do not carry over.
Can I buy extra event listings?
Yes, but only if you have an active qualifying package.
One-off event listings cost €15 each. Each one-off event listing gives you one additional event submission.
One-off event credits must be used during the calendar month in which they are purchased.
Do unused event credits roll over?
No. Business Plus Events credits do not carry over from one subscription cycle to the next. One-off event credits do not carry over into future months.
Festival package credits are different. They remain available during the 6-month festival package lifetime.
Where do I submit my listing or event?
Once logged in and approved, go to My Account. Your account area will show the submission options available to you based on your active package.
Are submissions published automatically?
No. Submissions may be reviewed before publication. This helps ensure event, festival and business information is accurate and suitable for Waterford In Your Pocket.
What happens if my subscription is cancelled or payment fails?
If your subscription is cancelled, expired or payment fails, access to the relevant submission features may be paused or removed.
You can review your subscription status in My Account.
