By registering for an account, purchasing a package, submitting a business listing, submitting a festival, or submitting an event, you agree to these terms.
About this site
This website is used to manage business listings, festival listings, event submissions, customer accounts, purchases and subscriptions for Waterford In Your Pocket.
Account registration
You may need to register for an account before purchasing packages or submitting content.
Accounts may require approval before access is granted.
We reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend or remove accounts where necessary to protect the service, prevent misuse or maintain submission quality.
Packages and purchases
Available products may include:
- Festival Small
- Festival Medium
- Festival Large
- Business Listing
- Business Plus Events Small
- Business Plus Events Large
- One-Off Event Listing
Product details, prices and allowances are shown on the relevant product or package pages.
Festival packages
Festival packages are one-off purchases.
Each festival package provides 6 months of access from purchase.
- Festival Small includes 15 event submissions.
- Festival Medium includes 40 event submissions.
- Festival Large includes 60 event submissions.
Festival package event submissions may be used during the 6-month package period.
Unused festival event submissions expire when the festival package expires.
Business Listing
Business Listing is an annual subscription with a one-month free trial.
It allows the customer to submit and maintain a business profile while the subscription is active.
Business Listing does not include event submissions.
Business Plus Events Small
Business Plus Events Small is a monthly subscription with a one-month free trial.
It includes business profile access and 12 event submissions per subscription cycle.
Unused event submissions do not carry over.
Business Plus Events Large
Business Plus Events Large is a monthly subscription with a one-month free trial.
It includes business profile access and 25 event submissions per subscription cycle.
Unused event submissions do not carry over.
One-Off Event Listing
One-Off Event Listing gives one additional event submission.
It is available only to customers with an active qualifying festival or business package.
One-off event credits must be used during the calendar month in which they are purchased.
Unused one-off event credits do not roll over.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
You can manage available subscription options through My Account.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous payments.
If a subscription payment fails, access to relevant features may be paused or removed.
Submissions
Users are responsible for ensuring submitted information is accurate, lawful and suitable for publication.
Submitted content may include business details, festival details, event information, images, contact details, links and other relevant material.
We may review, edit, reject or remove submissions where necessary.
Submission does not guarantee publication.
Images and content rights
By submitting text, images, logos or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content and allow it to be used by Waterford In Your Pocket.
You must not submit content that infringes copyright, privacy rights, trademark rights or other third-party rights.
Publication and editing
Approved submissions may be published on Waterford In Your Pocket.
We may make reasonable formatting or editorial changes to improve clarity, consistency or suitability for publication.
Prohibited use
You must not use this site to submit unlawful, misleading, offensive, harmful, spammy or inappropriate content.
You must not attempt to access another user’s account or interfere with the operation of the site.
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe and WooCommerce.
We do not store full card details on this website.
Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with the Refund and Returns Policy.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Access may be affected by maintenance, hosting issues, plugin updates, payment provider issues or technical problems.
Changes to packages or terms
We may update packages, prices, features or these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
